Week 2 in the Third Quarter

January 12 - Report Cards have been sent home in your child’s backpack.

Please sign and return the grade card envelope on Monday, January 12.

January 13 - YoYo’s Around the World Assembly - 8:45 a.m. at North; 10:30

a.m. at South. Following the assembly, YoYos can be purchased through the

Elementary School offices. YoYo’s will be allowed at school for recess, before

and after school care.

January 13 - Parents in Prayer (P.I.P.) Schedule - Kristine Burdette welcomes

all who are available to pray together for our school, students and families.

Please come to any P.I.P. that you are available. Your presence adds to the

power of our prayers. Please notice that they are only meeting at North this

week at 8:15-8:40 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room.

January 15 - 6th Grade Ski trip –, at Weston Ski Resort. Bus departs at 7:45

a.m. sharp!

Due Feb. 2 - Elementary Yearbooks – Yearbook order forms have been sent

home. Order forms with payment are due on or before February 2.

January 16 - 12:15 Early Dismissal

Grade ACSI Spelling Bee – Friday, January 16, at

Heartland Christian School in Belton, MO. The $10 entrance fee and

permission slip are due on Monday.

January 16 - Optional Parent/Teacher Conferences are available by calling

the office to request an appointment.

LOOKING AHEAD:

January 19 – NO SCHOOL – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – Have a nice day!

January 20 - Kindergarten Preview – 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the North Campus.
